About Digger O'Dell Nursery
Digger O'Dell Nursery is a plant nursery in Arlington, Tennessee. It is listed at 11034 US-64, Arlington, TN 38002, which places it among the local businesses of Arlington that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.
In Arlington, garden centers are busiest on spring weekends, when new stock arrives and popular plants sell out; weekday mornings are calmer and staff have more time to answer questions. Ask which plants are hardy for your USDA zone in Tennessee, whether trees and shrubs carry a replacement guarantee (one year is common), and whether the nursery delivers and plants large items. Fall is the best planting season for many trees and perennials, and end-of-season sales are common. Many nurseries close or shorten hours in winter, so check the listing for current hours and Google rating before you go.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. Typical hours are 8 am–5 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Digger O'Dell Nursery at (901) 867-3511; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Arlington is in Tennessee, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Arlington is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Tennessee's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

I love Diggers they have the most selection of any nursery in the are and very well organized. The workers ride around on golf carts and give you a ride in a shaded golf cart to what you are looking for and load it in and deliver to your car! They are super helpful and knowledgeable!

Went this morning and even though they were busy, Skip and several of their workers on golf carts were EXTREMELY kind and helpful! Always willing to help gather and move plants to the register and point us in the right direction of what we were looking for!

Really well laid out, everything is pretty easy to find! There’s so much variety you can find almost anything you need. The prices are a bit steep, but that’s how it is these days.

Very friendly staff and good prices. Nice selection to choose from. As its spring around the corner they are busy but always find time to provide advice for planting options. Team was helpful with making sure I found dog friendly trees.
